Our History
AgriTech & Agricultural Research – Al Shahbaz Enterprises
Cultivating Innovation, Empowering Farmers, Feeding the Future
At Al Shahbaz Enterprises, we believe agriculture is the backbone of sustainable progress. Through our dedicated AgriTech & Agricultural Research division, we are revolutionizing how farming is done—bridging traditional knowledge with modern innovation in Pakistan’s key rural regions including Paskpatan, Faisalabad, and nearby agricultural hubs.
Our Mission
To uplift rural communities, enhance crop yields, and ensure food security through data-driven agriculture, sustainable practices, and farmer-first technology.
Where We Work
Our agricultural initiatives are active across:
Pakpatan – Soil revitalization and irrigation modernization pilot projects.
Faisalabad – Home to our field research and testing sites for smart farming tools.
Rural Punjab & Beyond – Supporting smallholders with training, seeds, and climate-smart practices.
Our Research & Innovation Focus
1. Soil Health & Crop Optimization
We conduct in-field testing and lab analysis to assess soil nutrition, helping farmers adopt precision fertilization techniques that maximize yield and preserve soil health.
2. Water Management & Smart Irrigation
Our teams are working on efficient irrigation models, including drip systems, sensor-based irrigation, and low-cost automation for water-scarce regions.
3. Climate-Resilient Farming
From drought-resistant seed trials to predictive climate modeling, we’re helping farmers stay productive in unpredictable weather conditions.
4. Digital Farming Tools
We’re testing mobile-based farm advisory apps, weather alerts, and yield forecasting systems tailored for the needs of Pakistani farmers with limited resources.
5. Agri-Education & Farmer Training
We conduct regular on-ground training sessions, workshops, and demo-days to equip farmers with knowledge on:
Crop rotation best practices
Organic pest control
Post-harvest handling and value addition
Accessing government subsidies and agri-finance
Impact on Rural Communities
1,000+ farmers trained in the last 12 months
15% increase in yields on average across pilot sites
100+ hectares transitioned to sustainable methods
Women-led farming groups formed in select villages for empowerment through AgriTech
Partnerships & Collaborations
We actively collaborate with:
Agricultural universities in Faisalabad
Local government extension programs
Private AgriTech startups and solution providers
International NGOs promoting sustainable development
What’s Next?
We’re expanding our reach into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan, developing a farmer-data hub for better decision-making and creating scalable models for nationwide food sustainability.
